Life Management Program

In a supportive, safe setting, the Life Management Program provides participants with relevant life skills education and experience.  Led by a multi-disciplinary team, participants complete units in three primary areas: goal-setting, health and wellness management, and community living skills.

A structured, group format promotes daily routine, self-care, community awareness, and personal motivation.  Group work and discussion allows participants to share experiences and insights, develop social skills, and positive support networks.  Through teachings in the following areas, the Life Management Program encourages the development of skills that can be applied to everyday life:

Program structure:

  • The Life Management Program is offered in London.  Content is provided in three sessions per week and a commitment of three to nine months is required .
  • Periodic reviews with each participant are completed and follow-up sessions with each participant’s primary support are scheduled.
  • Upon completion of the program, each participant receives a graduation certificate.
