Services for Case Management, Housing, Community Integration, and Vocational Rehabilitation programs are accessed through Intake Staff.

Intake staff confirms eligibility for services through an intake screening/assessment. During this assessment they obtain confirmation of diagnosis as well as information on the duration and the level of disability caused by the illness. The Camberwell Assessment of Need is used to help determine which agency is best suited to provide the services needed.
